As we keep rolling with the series about M1 for developers, there is a new contender that enters the ring: Dell XPS 13. Nope, it's not a Mac, but in this test it actually does better than both the new Apple M1 MacBook Air and my MacBook Pro 16" with Intel Core i9 (64GB, i9-9980HK CPU @ 2.40GHz). In this video I run a long repetitive TypeScript compilation while attempting to simulate "real" tasks in a Node developer's day.
