iOS 14.2 Beta 4 was released to developers today 10/20/2020 alongside iOS 14.1 released to the public. Size for the iPhone 8 from Beta 3 was 319MB and 289MB on the iPhone SE 1st Generation from Beta 3.

Speedtest on iOS 14.2 beta 4 between the iPhone SE 1st generation and iPhone 8 with stock apps and popular third party apps from the app store.
