iOS 14 beta 5 was released today to developers. Beta 5 was over 1GB for each of my test phones, noticed much better performance on all models I own.

Speedtest on iOS 14, beta 5 between the iPhone 7 Plus and 8 with stock apps and popular third party apps from the app store.
