iOS 14.3 Beta 1 was released to developers on 11/12/2020 (I know I'm late). Size varied but was over 3GB on both phones from 14.2

Speedtest on iOS 14.3 beta 1 between the iPhone SE 1st generation and iPhone 8 with stock apps and popular third party apps from the app store.
