iOS 14.2 Beta 4 was released to developers today 10/20/2020 alongside 14.1 to the public. Size for the iPhone 7 Plus was 318MB from Beta 3 and 319MB for the iPhone 8 from Beta 3.

Speedtest on iOS 14.2 beta 4 between the iPhone 7 Plus and 8 with stock apps and popular third party apps from the app store.
