iOS 14.2 Beta 3 was released to developers today 10/13/2020 following the iPhone 12 event. Size for the iPhone 7 Plus was 596MB from Beta 2 and 622MB for the iPhone 8 from Beta 2.

Speedtest on iOS 14.2 beta 3 between the iPhone 7 Plus and 8 with stock apps and popular third party apps from the app store.
