iOS 14 beta 6 was released today to developers. Beta 7 was approx. 350-450MB update on each device. Geekbench scores were higher on single core and a little lower on multicore


Speedtest on iOS 14, beta 7 between the iPhone SE (1st Gen.) and 8 with stock apps and popular third party apps from the app store.
