I never thought I'd say this... but I am like 99% sure I am selling my iMac 5K and replacing it (for now) with a MacBook Pro M1. It handles most of my Final Cut, Photoshop and Lightroom workload like a champ (despite a lack of native optimization with the Adobe apps) and I know that I need to sell my chunky iMac before Apple releases one that is SOO much better! This is a bit of a fun predicament we're in... all of us who bought expensive/specced out Intel Macs last year. It sucks but regardless, we still have time to get rid of them while they're still worth something!
