In this video I'm comparing the graphics quality of PUBG mobile on the iPad Pro 2020 VS Samsung Galaxy Tab S7.

For the Galaxy Tab S7 I've used GFX Tool for setting the graphics quality and game resolution. This actually gives higher quality compared to the settings in PUBG itself. It's also the highest settings possible for PUBG on the Galaxy Tab S7. This would also be the same highest quality for PUBG on the Galaxy Tab S7+ as both the S7 and the S7+ use the same output resolution in DEX mode of 2560x1440 with the 16:10 game aspect ratio sitting in the middle of the 16:9 output pillboxed.

PUBG Mobile is running at 60FPS on the Galaxy Tab S7.

For the iPad Pro 2020 it was set to maximum settings in PUBG. The difference here and while the iPad also has its 3:2 aspect ratio picture in the centre of the 16:9 frame, the output is in 4K. What's also interesting is that while the PUBG graphics aren't upscaled to 4K by the iPad Pro, they are upscaled higher than what the S7 does.

This extra upscaling by the iPad can be seen in the video image quality. Although the iPad's output is also 60FPS, or more accurately for the iPad it's the proper NTSC TV frame rate of 59.97, it doesn't always maintain a solid 60FPS.

As YouTube's video compression will make the resolution and picture quality difference less obvious, you should set the resolution to 4K 60FPS for your YouTube playback to better see the differences.
