Hi! My old 2011 Mac mini running Sierra (not upgradeable) has been starting to die, with pieces and parts wearing out and getting the beach ball of death when working with movie and LPX files. Time to get a new computer. After researching, I bought a brand new late 2020 Mac mini with the Apple M1 cpu - which comes with Big Sur and, for Logic owners, the upgrade to Logic Pro 10.6.1
I LOVE IT! There is so much new functionality not only in Big Sur but also in the LPX 10.6.1 upgrade that I am having to take classes on macprovideo.com to learn everything. I thought I would start with an upgrade to the Drummer track that I will use all the time.
Also - I don't know why all the drum sounds are panned to the right but I'll figure that out later.
