First time purchasing an Acer product. Was very pleased overall. Keyboard was literally thrown in the box as an aferthought. Having problems with said keyboard not working. The rest of the system was packed professionally.
This computer has a decent processor and adequate RAM to run three or four copies of Word and a dozen or more browser tabs across the All In One screen and my second UHD monitor, which is my main screen The 1920 x 1080 pixel display is grainy at this size, but it works fine as a secondary display.
I can only get the UHD monitor to run at 30 hertz, not sure if thats the limits of the system or Im doing something wrong, and the second Ultra High Definition display slows the computer noticeably.
The hard drive is big and slow, and you void the 90 day warranty if you upgrade it to an SSD. WiFi did not work out of the box, I had to plug it in by Ethernet and update the drivers to get the WiFi to work.
They could have updated the drivers when they refurbished it, but they didnt. There is a lot of light bleed in the bottom right of the screen, but I can live with that.
Its about the best All In One you can get delivered for $617. I like it a lot. I had some trouble but Acer Recertified stood behind their product admirably, I will do business with them again.
