Very minor scratches on bottom of laptop but looks like it is new. Very fast and price is convenient compared to others. Smooth keys and good battery.
Just got the product today. Cosmetically outstanding. It came with an Apple charger, which I saw some posts saying the charger was a knock off. It was at factory settings just like a new device.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the initial appearance and function. I was nervous about buying a renewed product, but right now it looks like a great decision.
