Schedule-
FIRST BLOCK: 2.5 hrs;
Followed by Break for 45 minutes.


SECOND BLOCK: 3 Hrs;
Followed by Break for- 45 Minutes


THIRD BLOCK: 2.5 hours;
Followed by Break for- 30 minutes


FOURTH BLOCK: 2 Hours

How do we do it ? What is the Modus-operandi ? Routine we follow ?

We divide our day into 4 blocks.

BLOCK 1
-Rise of a Super-Man/Women-
Time: Shortly after waking up
Duration: 2.5 hours

-We ensure to hit the desk almost immediately after waking up to take full advantage of peak of energy in the morning.
-This is followed by a Short Break of 30 minutes for Breakfast and Music (Recommended Music- Binaural Beats)

BLOCK 2
-High Intensity Zone-
Time: Afternoon (IST)
Duration: 3 hours

-This is followed by a Short Break of 30 minutes for Lunch
A generous 1 Hour is allocated to this which includes cooking. (PS, I cook for myself)
-We basically follow a Pomodoro technique but knowing that each individual requirement for break may be different, it all depends on personal requirement on when and for how long one need it.
I personally need No break during first few hours but need more of it in later part of the day.

BLOCK 3
-Taking it easy-
Time: After Sunset (IST)
Duration: 2.5 hours

-This is followed by a short break of 30 minutes
-After Session 3, During Sunset, It is recommended to do some stretching and Brisk walk kind of body exercise.

BLOCK 4
-Winding down-
Time: Night-time
Duration: 2 hours

-We revise everything studied during the day.
-After concluding the study sessions, write down Journal for the day and pen down targets for the next day.
-Rearrange the desk, Turn off the devices and get to the bed with a book of your interest.
