As for the computer itself it arrived in perfect condition and a day early. The new 2020 13" works flawless absolutely zero issues with setup and initial operation as is expected with the apple premium paid.

This is my first time purchasing a Macbook and I really enjoy using it. It has many applications that you can utilize if you are into content creation.
I find the touch bar a convenient tool since Apple gives you the option to input shortcuts and it includes emojis. With the updated magic keyboard, I enjoy typing since it has that premium feel to it.
The speakers are great too! It is louder and has a better sound quality compared to my old laptop. It charges pretty fast as well. However, it does have some cons.
It gets warm quickly so I usually point it towards my air conditioner to cool down. The battery averages about 7-10 hours. The battery life and heat really depend on what applications I am on.
In addition, with only two ports available, I had to buy a multiport hub. Since I am a first time Mac user, I had to look up how to do certain things on the Mac because some features differed from Windows.
Lastly, the laptop arrived sooner than the expected arrival date.Overall, the 2020 MacBook pro is a fast and powerful laptop and with its sleek design, it gives you that premium feel.
It does so many things my old laptop couldnt do!
This is my first macbook or should I say my first apple product. I have never tested or tried out any apple product before not even in stores.So at the begining I was bit skeptical to transition from windows laptop to mac but Im so gald I did.
Everything about this macbook spreaks quality. The size, screen quality, keyboard, operating system, the softwares and overall performace are just what I was looking for as a software developer.
I highly recommend you purchase the "like new" Macbook.The item came brand new in sealed packaging and was $60 less.
Id imagine at worst, someone ordered it and sent it back, but it was never used or even opened.Highly recommended at this price point for the strength of the machine.
