MAF Training Day #5 & Apple Watch 5 Review

This is my 5th Day of doing the Maffetone Training Method to build my aerobic endurance as a 68-year old runner. For the first time, I have done this training with "feel" without constantly looking at my Apple Watch for the real-time Heart Rate. After the one-hour run, I was able to attain my goal to cover more than 5 kilometers and my average heart rate was down to 119 beats per minute from my target at 122 beats per minute.

As an additional feature, I am presenting my personal review on the Apple Watch 5 which I have been using for the past 3 weeks.
