The 2012 MacBook Pro was the last fully user upgradeable MacBook; I will be breaking down what to look for to buy an old MacBook Pro for an easy SSD upgrade. When we consider which Macs support Catalina and do a MacBook Pro comparison of the 2011 MacBook Pro vs 2012, it becomes clear that buying a 2012 MacBook Pro in 2020 is a good move...
