Get a Fixed solution on Sign up Failed and You are not eligible to sign up for Zoom at this time Error while you enter correct Date of Birth on Sign Up process from your iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone Xr, iPhone Xs, iPhone Xs Max, iPhone X, iPhone 8(8 Plus), iPhone 7(7 Plus), iPhone 6S(6S Plus), iPad Mini, iPad Air, iPad.

If you sign up your account in Zoom for the very first time after entering the correct date of birth. First make sure you are entering a valid date over 18 years, if yes, and still are you getting the same error then follow this video.

Go to your iPhone home screen, and Touch and Hold on the Zoom app icon. until all the icon jiggle and Showing Cross mark to delete the app from the iPhone screen. And Confirm to delete the app. iOS 14 or later iPhone user can see the Remove app option then Select Delete app to completely remove from your iPhone.

Now, Open App Store on your iPhone and Search App name Zoom from the search option. Now, Tap on the download icon to Redownload app on your iPhone and install it.

Once you download and install, click on the open button. To launch the app on your iPhone.

Now you can go with the sign-up option, Enter the correct Date, Month, and year. that must be Over 18 years.

Now, Tap on confirm to complete the sign up process, enter your desired Zoom email address, First name, and last name.

Click on sign up button, Zoom send you confirmation mail on your Entered email address, Open your mail inbox and complete the signup process, Like are you want to use Zoom for school or personal use. Then enter the correct password that you want to set.

Now, Come back to the Zoom app on your iPhone, and click on Sign in button. then Enter your Zoom account login details.

Go to Zoom.us/freesignup/ link given in the video description. Enter the correct Email then click on Sign up its a free button. Next enter the correct Birth date and Zoom will send you confirmation on your mail inbox. Complete the registration given in your mail.
