One of my subscribers asked me about Apple ProRAW vs Lightroom RAW HDR. Therefore, I made this video for comparison with iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 11 and Lightroom mobile app. From iPhone 6s, we can take a HDR RAW(DNG) pic in lightroom Mobile. Lightroom will capture three raw shots in Adobe’s digital negative format (DNG) and automatically merge them. We can take RAW pics in Lightroom, but Apple ProRAW worth it? According to Apple, ProRAW will captures regular RAW + computernational DeepFusion and Smart HDR. So, I tested between Lightroom RAW HDR DNG and Apple ProRAW DNG. To be faired, I set default like 0 and automatic setting when I was shooting on iPhone 11 and 12 Pro in Lightroom Mobile(HDR RAW) and Apple's default camera app(ProRAW). And then, when I finished edited for one image, I copied and pasted setting to others in Lightroom Mobile. The bottom line is that I like Apple ProRAW due to the less noise.
