Definitely not as heavy as I thought it was going to after watching so many reviews. Also I didn't order an apple pencil sleeve/cover because I watched reviews about the cases with the apple pencil slot in it and many wouldn't fit with the sleeve. But after having it for some time I think that the pencil sleeve would be beneficial.
