How iOS 14 could make managing your HomeKit home easier

Based on the initial betas after Apple’s WWDC conference, the Home app includes a refined design and some new features that should make it easier to control your smart home, and add more automations with Siri Shortcuts. These updates are also just a part of the broader HomeKit updates Apple has planned for this fall, including viewing HomeKit cameras on Apple TV, and enhanced notifications for Apple TV when your HomeKit doorbell rings.
