Shimla/Hamirpur (Himachal Pradesh) : Amid Corona crisis, Himachal Pradesh State Administrative Services (HAS) preliminary examination started today in 260 centers in Himachal Pradesh. Apart from Kinnaur and Lahul-Spiti districts, examination centers were made in 40 sub-divisions of ten districts of the state. The examination is conducted in two stages. At the same time, the Medical Entrance Examination (NEET) examination is also being conducted today. While 15,19,375 candidates have filled the form in the examination to be held across the country, two centers were created in Himachal Pradesh, in which 4500 candidates appeared in Hamirpur and 6500 in Shimla. Before the entry in the examination hall, all of them were thermal scanned and the candidates took the exam by applying masks.
