Honestly, there are very few reasons to buy the iPad Pro 11 inch over the iPad Air UNLESS you absolutely need:

-the power of the M1 chip (the average user won’t)
-better cameras (which aren’t as good as the cameras on the iPhone 11 and 12)

Between the iPad Pro 11 inch and 12.9 inch, we’d go with the 12.9 inch. From our perspective that device is the ultimate touch productivity device when coupled with an Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard.

The biggest draw for us is that the screen is the size of a regular sized piece of paper so using the Apple Pencil feels very natural. The larger screen also means less pinching and zooming to see what you are doing.

For the normal iPad, there’s only two reasons we’d get it. The first would be for strict budgetary reasons and the second is the familiarity of the form factor. The normal iPad has deviated much in the last few years so people who are wary of switching devices will find comfort in the form factor
