To conclude: (a) If you can't find it on eBay, it means that eBay sellers cannot ship this item to your country. Some people reported in the comments section about finding alternative sources. (b) M.2 2242 NVME will be your best choice. Sabrent Rocket, MydigitalSSD, or any brand with Phison controller are the ones that can support hibernation. If possible, go for 1TB or 2TB SSDs, they are significantly faster than 512GB one regardless of the brand.
