So if you’re anything like me. I spent a lotttt of time on my phone and especially on social media apps. And after multiple lockdowns and living in this generation we are spending more time than ever on our phone and it can be very detrimental to our mental health. Therefore why I wanted to make a video to help each other out with that. In this video I show you guys ways I’ve changed my phone layout and strategies I have in place to make my phone a more motivating space rather than a drained.
