Black Bean Brownies
1 can beans (black beans, kidney beans, cannellini beans etc)
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup oats or oat bran
3 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
4 tbsp soy milk
2 tsp coconut sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup walnuts (or almonds, cashews, pistachios) - Optional
1/3 cup frozen raspberries - Optional

Chickpea Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
1 can chickpeas (or cannellini beans, butter beans)
3 tsp of stevia (or coconut sugar)
1/2 cup oats (food processed) or oat bran
2 tablespoons LSA (or ground almond)
4 tablespoons peanut butter (or almond butter)
6 dates
4 tbsp hot water
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp soy milk
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
