I spent the last couple of weeks making the transition to a new MacBook Pro 16". I will Use this MacBook Pro primarily as a desktop computer. I think it's a very powerful alternative to the mega-dollar new Mac Pros. It has 8 cores, 32Gb of ram, 2 Tb internal storage and the AMD Radeon Pro 5500 8Gb Graphics.This video will review the process I went through moving over from my old 2009 Mac Pro. I also ditched the UAD-2 ecosystem. I didn't fall for the "Sunk Cost Fallacy" and buy a new audio interface, just so I could power their overprice software.. I hope it will answer some questions for music producers who may be considering a new system. Cheers, Rob
