We will be using icloud to transfer WhatsApp chats to new iPhone from Old iPhone, so first you need to back up the messages in the old iPhone.

Step-1: Open ‘WhatsApp’
Step-2: Tap ‘Settings’
Step-3: Tap ‘Chat’
Step-4: Tap ‘Chat backup’
Step-5: Tap ‘Backup now’

Step-1: Get WhatsApp from App Store
Step-2: Open the App
Step-3: Tap ‘Agree & Continue’
Step-4: Login with your phone number, (When you login to new iPhone, you would be logged out of old one)
Step-5: Tap ‘Restore Chat History’
Step-6: Tap 'Restore'
Step-7: Tap 'Next'
Step-8: Enter your Name
Step-9: Tap 'Done'
