The Making of Metal Gear Solid is a retro gaming history documentary about the game development of Metal Gear Solid, a PlayStation One game created by Konami in 1998. It was directed by Hideo Kojima and featured art by Yoji Shinkawa, it has come to be known as one of the greatest games ever made, bringing the concept of tactical espionage action into the mainstream.
