I have an old DJ controller that I still like and want to use but it's no longer supported and my M1 Air and 2019 Mac Pro cannot run Mojave, last supported version. This meant exploring the bowels of ebay to find the best deal on a used Mac that wasn't complete trash. I could have spent longer on my thoughts and demonstrating it's performance vs a modern M1 but I have a habit of going on long tangents so I tried to keep this as concise as possible. Oh, I edited the title after-the-fact to increase drama. Subtitles aren't auto-genned so it should be more sensible.

If you're serious about picking up a MacBook Air, I'd spend more money on a better SSD DRAMless SSDs have a shorter life and are slower. Plus, the random Read/Writes would be much faster and noticeable even at PCI 2.0 speeds. If you can still find a Samsung 970 Evo or HP EX950, both would be much better.

Beer Consumed: Viking Braggot - Ragnarok Imperial Stout
It's not truly a beer but rather a braggot, the cousin of both mead and beer, (much closer to beer, not sweet). It's big, slightly hop forward, with a smokiness and bite, with a blackberry / dates backdrop, giving it a fruited character without being over the top.
