- The camera and mobile phone should be paired under the same Wi-Fi for the first time before they can be viewed remotely.

I set this camera up on my iPhone running iOS 14.2. There are several critical steps that it not followed exactly, this camera will not connect to your iPhone. First, download the YCC365 Plus app in the iTunes App Store. Then, put the iPhone into airplane mode. Then, insert the 32GB memory microSD card into the camera. Turn on the camera.

The blue light on the back of the camera will start to blink blue. Wait until the blue light stops blinking and then it will begin blinking again. Open the WiFi settings and connect to the “CLOUDCAM_xxxx” option. If this does not appear in your WiFi list, wait a few more seconds for it to appear.

Open the YCC365 Plus app and tap on the link below that says, “Local direct connection.”

Tap the plus icon on the top right of the screen. Tap PIR Battery Camera. Tap the next button. It will advise you to set the location permission, it must be set to allow “use while open” and “precise” location in the iOS app settings. Then it will ask you to set the permission to search the network for devices, tap allow.

It may take a few seconds for it to find the camera and then it will show you a login page. The user name is admin and the password is 12345.

Give the camera a few more seconds to authorize a connection. If the password above fails, check the documentation sent with your camera, the password may have changed.

It will now ask you to name the camera and it provides a few suggestions of what to call it. Tap a name and tap next.

That’s it! You can now watch live video from the TeamMe Mini HD camera. From here, you can set it up to connect remotely.
