1 teaspoon baking powder(6 g)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 medium apples
3 eggs(separate the yolks from whites)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
40 g dried cranberries(1/4 cup)
a pinch of salt
bake 25 minutes at 180°C/360°F
