Sound Better on Camera

Nothing ruins a good video faster than bad audio. In this video, I'll start with sound actually is (vibrations!) and how those vibrations move through the ear (cool!). Next, I'll explain the three assessments you need to do when thinking about audio recording and some general tips regardless of what kind of mic you're using. Finally, I'll do sound tests of 10 microphones, from a built-in iMac mic to the most popular webcam mic to my favorite USB and shotgun mics... from prices ranging from $35 - $400. Listen for yourself and see what you like best. As always, I hope you find this video helpful!
