When you first access the Ankota Caregiver App, it will ask you to share your location. This is needed for visit confirmation, especially if your care is for a Medicaid, MCO or VA client but pretty much all the top home care agencies verify location for their services.

If you didn't allow your location the first time, don't worry. You can either uninstall the app and add it again and allow your location, or you van set it in your "SETTINGS" on iPhone or Android.
