This Inaugural session starts with a brief a introduction about the book by the author, Prof S Chandrashekar. The book is then launched by Rear Admiral S Venkat Raman, Flag Officer Commanding, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry Naval Area (FOTNA), followed by a special address by the chief guest. The Inaugural Session ends with an address by Commodore R S Vasan IN (Retd).
