The Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro is a smartwatch that Samsung hopes will appeal to outdoor lovers.

Like the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5, the Pro runs on Google's Wear OS and offers a design and some extra features you won't find on the regular Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 to make it better suited for adventures.

It's also equipped with everything to make it a trusty running watch companion, including advanced running metrics, the ability to create interval workouts and offers the bigger battery than the Watch 5 to keep you tracking longer.

Tester Mike has been putting the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro through its paces to find out if this Android-only smartwatch is a strong performer in the run tracking department.
