As part of my small collection of Galaxy S phones, I wanted to show you how far Samsung has come along since they started offering the Galaxy S line.
Starting in 2010 Samsung released the Galaxy S, released in different variants for US carriers at the time, the one I am showing today is the Galaxy S Fascinate which was Verizon's version.
The Verizon version can no longer operate on their network as it is a 3G only device, but it is still a very nice looking device with plenty of great features.
It features a 4" AMOLED screen, 5MP rear camera with flash, removable battery and Android 2.3.5.
This was at a time when Samsung phones were very much made mostly of plastic and did not have the quality and the beauty that they do today.
I would have loved to show some photos or videos taken with this phone, but I do not have an SD card to pop in to save the photos, as it did not have enough internal storage to store photos (WHY?!). Luckily this was changed with the Galaxy S2 which I will show off in the next video.
Let me know what you think in the comments below!
