Running FFmpeg on Mac with Apple Silicon (M1)

In this video I test and compare hardware and software H.264 encoding using FFmpeg on an M1 Mac Mini and an early-2015 Intel Macbook Pro. On the M1 Mac Mini, FFmpeg is running using Rosetta 2. Then I have the process to install FFmpeg on a Mac running Big Sur.
