PI Planning for Beginners Series
Are you new to Agile, Scaled Agile, or to Program Increment Planning or you're confused or concerned about how to run your PI Planning event? If so, don't worry, because I too really struggled with this in the beginning and this video series has been created for you.

The intention is to release a video every week on Wednesday Evening UK Time - until I've covered all elements of this topic to my satisfaction and I've answered all your questions. I will, in this video series walk you through all the fundamentals you need to know about how to create an amazing PI Planning Event.
