With the Roli Blocks and the Noise app, you can make beats using MPE (MIDI Polyphonic Expression) technology on your iPhone. I made the beat all within the Noise app and used the Effects tab that turns the Roli Lightpad Block M into an XY pad. I used the Roli Seaboard Block to play in the Keys, Bassline and Lead sounds using the Noise app's sounds.

I'm using an iPhone X running the Noise app with a Roli Seaboard, Lightpad Block, Lightpad Block M and a Loop Block.

I also used the Loopy HD app to add vocals. Both apps can sync tempos and record loops in time with each other via Ableton Link. I used an iPhone 6 with a Shure MV88 attached for the vocals.
