This a video demo of how to install a SSD (Solid State Drive) into a older 2008 generation MacBook Pro (non-unibody design). This goes through the processor of removing and installing the hardware. This is one of the only versions besides the early 2008 model that supports Mountain Lion before they went to the Unibody design.
