Sorry it's been so long for this update....

I shot this months ago, but started a new job and haven't had the time to revisit this.

I upgrade the CPU's to 2 x Xeon X590's - £65 from ebay...... While I was at it, I swapped the GPU and NVME Card around - this works better but you only have access to 3 card slots now.... as the GPU blocks the lower x4 Slot. Hey ho.

I dropped Monterey and Opencore in favour of going back to Mojave for now. Once the system and configuration has settled, I may come back to Opencore, but Mojave works for me at the moment.
