In this KPOP news video I will cover:

a) GOT7's Yugyeom is reported to leave JYP Entertainment by the end of this month to join Jay Park's AOMG. If he does leave, what will happen to GOT7? Will the rest of the members stay with JYP? What about Jackson or BamBam? Well, with GOT7's 7-year contract coming to a close, this might be the end of the road with JYP.
b) BTS is world famous (not just KPOP fame) but how successful was their single, Dynamite? Well, it was the ONLY single in the US to sell over 1 million copies in 2020. GOOD JOB BTS ARMY. I mean just look at some of the headlines, 'BTS’s ‘Dynamite’ claims the title of ‘longest-running Top 10 song’ or even 'BTS’s ‘Dynamite’ Is Now The Longest-Charting Pop Hit By A Korean Act In U.S. History'. This is really amazing.
c) For the first time in the history of South Korea, 3 girl groups exceed 1M copies sold in 1 year. This is a HUGE deal because when you compare 2019's top 10 total sales it was 3,269,514. 2020's top 10 total sales = 6,373,939. Let's go!
