Is the Magic Keyboard worth £300/$400? Will my iPad replace my Mac? So far, I’ve spent close to £1000/$1300 on my iPad and two apple pencils (broke the first one). I’ve been disappointed, however. Other than being an extremely expensive notepad and media consuming device, it hasn’t actually been a useful device in terms of getting admin work done on the move. It is too delicate to throw into my bag and has proved very difficult to type lengthy emails whilst on the train or bus. I wasn’t convinced by Apple’s previous iPad keyboard offering – not for £160/$200, anyway.
I thought I’d give Apple’s new Magic Keyboard for the iPad a shot. Another £300 ($400) down the drain? Well let’s see what my first impressions are in this unboxing!
