Iphone 6s Battery Replacement
This is an old phone that I use for work and to play music with after purchasing a new iPhone. The phone does continue to update with the add-ons on iOS, which makes it still usable. I did, however, noticed that after unplugging the phone from its charger, the battery percentage does drop significantly after about an hour to roughly 40-50%. This has been ongoing for quite sometime, until I decided to change the battery.
As daunting as this is, it is doable, as long as you have the patience. You need to be careful with handing the phone once it is apart, especially with the electronics. I have done this before with my iPhone 3, and the process is NEARLY the same, as well as with my iPads.
Disclaimer:
I am NOT being paid to make this video. I do this in my own free time to help others out there with the same problem I have with an old iPhone 6s. The product I purchased it out of my OWN spending.
As always, if you are unsure of the process, then have a licensed technician complete your battery or screen replacement. You are working with a lithium rechargeable battery, which is DANGEROUS.
I am your common DIYer and not a licensed technician.
If you have any questions, feel free to drop me a line. I understand the lighting is horrible in some areas of the filming, but when you work solo, you work with what you have,
Thanks for watching.
