So sometime when you buy iPhones online the users do not reset them and as a result in order to remove the iCloud lock you have to reset the phone and install the latest OS. I don’t want to do that because I buy the iPhone for the OS witch was iOS 9, as a result the Phone has to stay in Airplane Mode or else any change I do will connect to there iCloud and make changes and I don’t want that to happen because it is not my information to begin with…

Obviously if There is any Personal Information on these phones it is Permanently Deleted Right Away.
