let's begin
Step #1. open the Settings app on your ‌iPhone‌ or iPad.
step #2. Scroll the tap on App Store
Step #3. click on App Downloads
step #4. on the screen there are three options Always allow, Ask if over 100 MB and last one is Always Ask
if you choose always allow that means your iPhone can download any size app using cellular data from the App store.
but when you are on roaming then permission to download is always required.
if you are going with the second option then your phone will ask you at that time when you try to download the app without wifi and the app size will more than 200 MB in size.
so choose as you would like
