• Open ‘Settings’

• Enter your Passcode
• Tap ‘Reset Face ID’
• Now restart the iPhone
• Go to ‘Settings’
• Tap ‘Face ID & Passcode’
• Enter your ‘Passcode’
• Tap ‘Setup Face ID’
• Now make sure your whole face is in the round circle
• Rotate the face as instructed
• Tap ‘Continue’
• Rotate the face as instructed again
• Tap ‘Done’


Second Way (Software Update): Make sure your iOS is updated to the latest version, if it’s not, sometimes it could cause email issues

• Launch ‘Settings’ App
• Tap ‘General’
• Tap ‘Software Update’
• If it is updated to the latest version it will say it is updated to latest version.
• If not, Tap ‘Download and install’ to update it to latest version

Third Way (Reset All settings): This issue can caused by some of the customized settings. So you could do an all setting reset and go back to its factory default settings.

• Open 'Settings'
• Go to 'General'
• Scroll down and tap 'Reset'
• Tap 'Reset All Settings'
• Enter your Passcode
• Tap 'Reset All Settings'
• Tap 'Reset All Settings'

Your iPhone will take Auto Restart. And it will go back to Factory default settings. Don’t worry, it won’t erase any of your Data and contents.

• Dial a number
• When the call is on the way cover the front camera,
• If the screen goes black, it means the sensor is all right
