In this video I'm comparing the 2020 iPad Air 4 vs the iPad Pro 2020 to determine which is really better when looking at performance. The 4th Generation iPad Air packs the A14 Bionic, 4GB of RAM, the newest form of Touch ID, and a redesigned body that looks nearly identical to the 11" iPad Pro. Meanwhile, the 2020 iPad Pro has the A12Z Bionic, 6GB of RAM, FaceID, a 120hz Pro Motion display, and of course the Lidar sensor on the back. For this video we are strictly looking at the performance difference to find out which one is actually more powerful. Spoiler alert: the iPad Air 4 is not an iPad Pro killer. For testing I ran a series of synthetic benchmark tests, followed by CPU-Z testing, gaming performance, photo editing, video editing, and lastly day to day use.
