With the new IOS 14 customizable widgets, it now only takes seconds to review all my health data from my iPhone homescreen. In this video, I’ll show you what this health dashboard looks like, where the data is coming from, and how you can set this up for yourself.
STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL:
Step 1: Inventory your health apps (what metrics/data matter to you?)
Step 2: Sync health apps to Apple Health (enable through settings)
Step 3: Download Health View App on App Store
Step 4: Connect Health View to Apple Health in Settings
Step 5: In the Health View App, open up the "data sets" section in app settings and toggle on/off desired data metrics
Step 6: Hold down on homescreen and click "+" button at the top to add a widget
Step 7: Open the "Health View" widget and select from 5 designs
Step 8: Click on widget and customize the color (under "theme") and data sets
