I finally decided to sell my iMac Early 2008. The device still works fine in 2020, thanks to the SSD upgrade. This particular model can't be upgraded to macOS High Sierra or Catalina, which could cause security issues. In my opinion that is the most important disadvantage. I decided to sell this device to upgrade to a slightly newer version: the iMac Mid 2010 27 inch with an i7 processor.
